1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Freem.ai. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Free Tier
Free Check and any free-tier feature usage are not eligible for refunds because no payment is taken.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a full refund of your most recent monthly charge within seven (7) days of the charge date, provided that you have not exceeded reasonable usage limits — for example, fewer than 100 reports generated and fewer than 1 GB of bandwidth proxied through Edge Middleware during the billing period. After seven days, the charge is non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard.
4. Annual Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial annual charge, subject to the same reasonable-usage thresholds as monthly plans. After 14 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund of unused months at our discretion, less any discount you received for paying annually.
5. Enterprise and Custom Work
Enterprise contracts, custom integrations, AI-native sub-site builds, and any one-time professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific refund terms, if any, are described in your signed order form.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@freem.ai with:
- The email address used on your account;
- The order or invoice number (visible in your dashboard or your Lemon Squeezy receipt);
- The reason for the refund request.
We will respond within two (2) business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending credits.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including any mandatory cooling-off periods or warranty rights.
